ANSWERS · NEXT STEPS
There is no need to choose from the first screen
MYTH.The next step is to pick a service and start checkout.
FACT.The next step is to make the offer clear: name the clinician, product, pharmacy, medical purpose and full cost.
Make a small record
Open a blank note. Give each option the same headings: clinician, their licence for your state, product, approved or compounded, pharmacy, recurring care cost, medicine cost, tests and cancellation.
As of September 2026, a legitimate path to a prescription needed a real doctor or nurse who prescribes, a licence to treat you in your state, and a pharmacy allowed to fill the prescription.
Run the two public checks
State medical boards hold public physician-licence information, and state pharmacy boards hold pharmacy-licence records.
Match the exact names. Save the result. If the medicine comes from a 503B outsourcing facility, a larger plant that mixes medicines in batches, check the FDA’s separate list of registered ones too.
Leave room for a no
In May 2026 the Federation of State Medical Boards said that choosing a treatment from a list, with no real check-up by a doctor or nurse, is not proper care.
Care has to allow for more questions, another test, an in-person visit or a different treatment. A process that cannot produce “no” is not showing much judgment.
