Questions that make the offer clearer

MYTH.Asking for exact names and costs is being difficult.

FACT.Precise questions are ordinary self-protection. A clear service can answer them in plain words.

Questions about the clinical decision

In May 2026 the Federation of State Medical Boards, the national group of the boards that license doctors, said that picking a treatment from a list, with no real check-up, is not proper care. It also said patients must be able to ask their own follow-up questions.

Ask: Who makes the prescribing decision? How can I ask that person a question? What happens if the answer is no? When would an in-person examination or test be needed?

Questions about the medicine

As of September 2026, the only FDA-approved semaglutide product names are Ozempic, Rybelsus and Wegovy.

Ask: What is the full product name? Is it FDA-approved or compounded? If compounded, what is it about my health that the approved medicine cannot meet? What exact ingredient name will appear on the record?

Questions about the handoff and the bill

The FDA notes that people using online care may not know which pharmacy mixed their medicine, so getting the pharmacy’s name is a central check.

Ask: Which pharmacy makes it up or sends it? What is the recurring care fee? Is medicine separate? Are tests separate? What changes after an opening price ends? How does cancellation work?
